About the Role As the Centre Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the service, lead and mentor a supportive team, and drive a positive culture focused on excellence in early learning. You will be responsible for: Leading and motivating a team of educators and leadership staff Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and regulations Building strong relationships with families and the local community Managing occupancy, enrolments, and overall centre performance Supporting curriculum development and educational outcomes Creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Centre Director within Early Childhood Education Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and Childcare Regulations Excellent leadership and team management skills A passion for mentoring and developing educators Outstanding communication and organisational abilities Relevant Early Childhood qualification preferably ECT however open to a strong diploma director Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check What’s on Offer Attractive salary package up to $130,000 super (Depending on qualification and experience) Supportive leadership team Opportunities for career progression Well-resourced and welcoming centre environment The chance to make a genuine impact within the service If you are a passionate leader looking for your next opportunity in Early Childhood Education, we would love to hear from you.
